- Our standard shipping time is 8 business days from the date of order placement.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- We offer flat rate shipping for all domestic orders.
- International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
3 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4 Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses domestically and select international destinations.
- Please note that shipping to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than the standard shipping timeframe.
5 Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

- Rainbow Thread House is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
